I exhibited at the Royal College Centennial Degree Show in 1996, winning the Daley Rowney Award for Natural History Illustration. Since graduating and moving to the Highlands in 1997, I have worked as a freelance illustrator, mainly in the publishing sector and for organisations  such as BirdLife International, Bat Conservation Trust and the International Otter Survival Fund. I also take private commissions for wildlife paintings and exhibit regularly at local galleries.  Living in such a beautiful place as Sutherland is a constant inspiration, and my work usually depicts some aspect of the Highlands, particularly the mammals that share this wonderful habitat.
